The asana portion is designed to enhance the body’s ability to detoxify, as the 14 day Detox diet helps nourish our very soul. Refresh your whole body system during the week working towards 5 days vegetarian, 5 days raw, and finally the last 4 days raw and blended. Best of all, we go through this journey supporting each other! Note: Sample menu will be provided and all you need is a blender!
